Why do we experience Sorrow? I wandered a lot for this answer...

still wandering state sometimes knock my mind's door and hammered me... Sorrow exists because we enjoy Being in that state... we like it, because our mind becomes one-pointed in sorrow, which is something that does not happen in happiness. when we faced with sorrow, our mind jumps into sorrow and sticks to it like glue.. although we desire happiness, we enjoy being sorrow.. One fine day, (actually it was not fine day) while chating wid one of my nearest person, i heard this above stated sentence which petrified me then n after everytime whenever i use to enter in that zone.. Actually mind gets attracted towards sorrow, because it attains, 'pratyahara' , withdrawl of the senses from every experience other than sorrow. Sorrow causes a powerful jolt, whereas in happiness this jolt does not occur.. therefore may be sorrow, not happiness, induces pratyahara....The jolt of death is more powerful than the pangs of birth.. but i must say i experienced Sorrow is an intense and powerful experience.. and Happiness is a mild experience.. the experience of sorrow is so powerful tht it pulls the mind, and thus the entire being into it.. the mind is immersed in sorrow and then gets carried away by it.. Sometimes u nd me gets involved to the point of becoming a neurotic or lunatic, and finds no escape route... well i know this is philosophical but it does happen wid u nd me... isn't it? By the time when i found a scientific reasoning behind it felt i should share wid every next whom i see blowing in it.. according to psycology and medical science, when a man is affected by sorrow, certain channels of brain are influenced, and they produce a certain secretion, when this secretion enters the bloodstream, it produces a state of depression which lowers the stress on heart.. but the notable point is it does not happen in happiness.. happiness excites and this increases the pressure on the heart, therefore we desire happiness, but likes to remain immersed in sorrow.. Now, why this analysis...? Basically one who performs sadhna byheart can easily differentiate both the state, before and after... before state is where we like to be in that but in postual state after a regular sadhna routine doesn't affect our inner sense so powerfully.. Though sorrow is a powerful jolt...but after imbibing sadhna path sorrow evaporates and filtered state is "State of being Nuetral".... And thats what Sadgurudev always used to tell basically that exerted energy converts and gives u a natural state which we all are seeking too..... though most of us experience glimse of it but ultimately what we r seeking exactly is "consistency" if being in it... Bt every time when Sadgurudev's voice rings up in my heart i get geared up to face next moment cheerfully..Yes, It happens only when u starts believing on this fact that only HE is the one who can take you out things become easy... Apart from a regular article series I thought on this great platform of FB our inner seeking experience should also get shared. And a real seeker really get belief on his/her first vibes or say thoughts which are always correct.. We know its bit tough but not Impossible....A Journey from a swinging state to consistent one..
