Deccan Express Logistics:
• Involved in studying and preparing of the BRD’s of Air Operations which
include Pre Flight Activity, Crew Rostering, Flight Operation, Weight &
Balance Etc… and Ground Operation like Ramp operation, Gateway
Operation etc…
• Involved in evaluating the CRM and ERP Products for the Deccan Express
Logistics.
• Involved in preparing the Interface BRD for all the Enterprise Application
which will be used Deccan Express Logistics. Application like- CRM,
Marketing Tool, Pre-Flight(Flight Ops), VISaer Application(MRO), ERP,
RFID, GPS, Weight & Balance, I-Cargo, Cargo Revenue Management,
IATA/SITA application
• Involved in the requirement gathering of the Operations and Interfacing
with the other systems and preparation of the BRD’s.
Involved in the preparation of the Requirement Matrix.
Keeping track of the entire change request.
Providing Inputs for the UI Design.
