What is NetPlanning ?
NetPlanning is your practical organisation platform and is available 24/7 over the Internet. With NetPlanning, you can organise your training to fit your schedule. Make advanced or fixed reservations and enjoy easy access to your course material.

How do I log on to NetPlanning ?


Your Telelangue contact has provided you with a user ID and password. Log on to http://netplanning.telelangue.com or copy this URL into your Internet browser to open the NetPlanning home page.

Enter your user ID and password in UPPER CASE, then click on Sign in .

How do I reserve a lesson?


When you click on the Reservations button, you have the choice of two reservation methods: Automatic re-booking Advanced reservations

Automatic re- booking This method encourages regular participation in lessons, simplifies the reservation process and favours effective and consistent progress. Simply choose the time that best suits you and the number of lessons you wish to take each week (we recommend at least two lessons per week).

The system then proposes the time slots available that best match your request and provides the start date of your lessons. You simply choose the most suitable option. Once set, your lessons will be automatically booked for the same time each week, without you having to intervene, for the entire duration of your programme. The telephone number you provided at the start will be your default number. If you have to use another phone line, please enter the relevant details at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your lesson.

Advanced reservations In addition to automatic re-booking, you can also reserve lessons singly, according to your schedule. These reservations can be made for the days and times that you wish, at least 12 hours before the lesson and up to 7 days in advance. Unlike automatic re-booking, advanced reservations are not repeated automatically every week.

All available time-slots are in light blue. Availabilities with instructors you already know are in dark-blue. Simply click on the time slot of your choice to book a lesson.

How do I change my telephone number or Skype ID?


To change your telephone number or Skype ID, click on My course , then on the number or Skype user ID indicated for your next lesson and modify it. If you want to make a permanent change in your telephone number or Skype ID, do so in the section My contact details . Always check that your contact information has been up-dated for lessons that were already scheduled.

What do I need to know in relation to my telephone service?


Before your first telephone lesson, you should ensure that your line does not automatically divert calls to your answering machine and that the filter preventing hidden calls is not activated. If your telephone line is linked to broadband, you may experience crackling, echoes or break-ups during your lesson. If this is the case, we suggest that you use a traditional land-line or use SKYPE. If you are using a mobile phone for your lessons, please ensure that the additional call charges have been paid, failing this our instructors will not be able to call you.

If this is not the case, please give a landline number instead or activate a call divert from a fixed line to your mobile. Finally, please ensure that your number is entered correctly (country code and number).

How do I access my course material?


Course materials are created by our own R&D team to cover your professional linguistic requirements. Today, there are 218 job profiles available, as well as a total of 450 professional skills, such as: writing a letter, preparing a meeting, describing diagrams, defending a selling point, preparing a presentation, etc. During your lesson, simply click on the Material for Lessons button to consult the scheduled unit with your instructor.

The Units are listed in random order so you and your instructor decide together which units will be useful and when. The Units already covered will be ticked in green. You can also work on professional documents such as presentations and other authentic texts, emails or correspondence. You just have to inform your instructor and e-mail the document in question before the lesson.

How do I cancel my lesson?


You can cancel your lesson up to 6 hours before its scheduled start time by clicking on the Cancellation button. Once this time limit has been passed, the lesson is lost and is counted as a Late cancellation . The system allows you to cancel single lessons as well as your regular bookings.

Simply tick the relevant reservation and then click on Cancellation - the lesson will be deleted from your list of lessons.

I MPORTANT: You are the only person authorized to cancel lessons. Neither your instructor, your consultant nor any other World Speaking representative has the authority to cancel a lesson on your behalf. How ever, our system automatically cancels all your reservations if you miss 3

consecutive lessons. This arrangement allow s you to preserve the balance of your lessons in case of unforeseeable absence. You w ill alw ays receive a message informing you of the cancellation of all your reservations.

How do I suspend my lessons?


In case of extended absence, you can suspend your automatic re- booking by 1 to 4 weeks and return to the original schedule with your usual instructor once you get back. By clicking on the Cancellation button and on Cancel your automatic re-booking , you can enter the dates when you will be absent and activate the suspension of your lessons for the chosen period. This operation allows you to continue to make advanced reservations.

Automatic re-bookings can be suspended : at the latest one week before your departure at the earliest two months before your return

IMPORTANT : Suspending the automatic re-booking does not cancel lessons w hich may already be scheduled in My Course

Where do I find information on my previous lessons?


The Learning Reports that are sent by your instructor enable you to review the your NetPlanning by

important elements of each lesson. This means that you are not obliged to take notes during the lesson. This information can be accessed through clicking on Lessons debited in the horizontal menu.

Next, click on one of the lessons indicated in green to consult the corresponding Learning Report .

What should I do if I have a question?


The Customer Service button on the top right-hand corner of your screen allows you to contact us at any time with your questions. An answer will be given in the shortest time possible.
