The International School is located in Carpina, 
Brazil.    It  is  a  medium  sized  town  (about 
70,000  people)  located  in  the  northeastern 
region of Pernambuco.  
Carpina is located 2500 miles below the Ama‐
zon  region  and  1,500  miles  above  Rio  de  Ja‐
neiro.  As you can see, Brazil is a large country! 
The  Northeast  has  a  very  laid  back  and  tradi‐
tional culture.  In terms of the US, it might be 
described  as  a  mixture  of  the  "traditional 
south" and the "wild west". 
 
  
What are the requirements? 
We  are  looking  for  energetic  &  hard‐working 
individuals  who  love  the  Lord.    People  who 
love  culture,  languages,  and  missions  would 
be  a  great  fit.      Background  in  education  is  a 
plus, but not required.  Applicants need to be 
over the age of 20.
