Security (P) Ltd the flagship company, & Varsed Facility & Management Services Pvt. Ltd., the front
line Facility Management Company in the NCR region. We have over 7500 employees on our

professional organization, providing Electromechanical, Housekeeping and Security services to
corporate sector, Hotels, Shopping malls, IT/ITES companies and Residential complexes. It is a
matter of pride that Varsed Group in less then two decades, has established itself commendably in
the growing field of Facility Management an annual turnover of over Rs 10 crores. The driving
forces behind all this is our Director, Mr Vikram Singh, who is a recipient of an awarded for
excellence in management & services by Dr. A.R. Kidwai, Governor of Haryana for 2007-2008.

Our vast experience in the field of manpower (of all levels) handling, recruitment and training has
been the strength of our various operations. Using these strengths as our backbone, we have
launched our service operations, which would cover the entire gamut of services you would like to

8. House Keeping related machines on rental basis.
9. Floor quoting.

We estimate the size of total FM market as Rs 225 crores with 20 % in NCR alone. Our expertise in
this field is based on the technological edge we enjoy, fool proof systems and procedures and the
customer support resulting from our fair and ethical best practices. We see a strong convergence of

• Systems & Processes: In the FM market, we have fully established service delivery systems
to satisfy the client’s needs. This has been possible by strict adherence to Quality Management
Systems as enunciated in ISO 9002 certification processes which we have already acquired. We
have built up our infrastructure with investment on technical manpower and state of art equipment.
Our team is educated on Performance Measurement, Complaint and Root Cause Analysis to
suggest a viable plan to eradicate / eliminate flaws on the spot.
• Regular Safety, Technical & Energy Audits to affect savings.
• Efficient FM Services implemented by good client transitions, effective controls, timely
decision making, good reporting pattern including feedbacks and best industry practices. Motivation,
recruitment training, innovation and continuous improvement would carry on alongside.
• Adherence to policies / rules / compliances spelt out in Environmental Health and Safety rules /
policies adherence and statutory compliances such as NCR Labor laws to minimize loss of
capital on violations. In addition, we have a fully established Marketing / Business Development
Division in NCR which would operate on the national plane soon, entirely focused on these
aspects to leverage the national network to achieve our common goals.
