• Engineered a temporary labor RFP scorecard and pricing model for a for 351 job titles from 35
vendors for 6 cities to optimize existing supplier relationships that resulted in savings of
$5MM.
• Developed a savings audit methodology and tool to expedite savings recovery and improve
cash flow for a 623 bed hospital.
• Implemented sourcing strategies as part of a team for a $500MM healthcare system by
optimizing existing supplier relationships through detailed analysis of price, payment
procedures, and other contract terms that resulted in a net surplus of $5M for several areas
including Med Surg, Contract Services, and Cath Lab.
