Wednesday- Flower Craft 7:30-9:30 10 weeks 130 Deirdre Cruite / Gina Mc Donagh
Course Description Cake decoration uses icing and other edible decorative elements that make otherwise plain cakes more visually interesting. Alternatively, cakes can be molded and sculpted to resemble threedimensional persons, places and things. Within weeks of commencing the course, students will be able to create professional looking cakes for a range of occasions. Past students on this course have gone into the professional cake decorating business. This is a practical class. Class sizes are kept small to ensure that all students receive adequate instruction from the teacher. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Students do not need to bring any ingredients for the first class, but will be required to provide ingredients for subsequent classes. Details will be provided during the first session. Program is subject to change and successful completion of all the projects is dependent on the skill level of the class. **Extra sugar craft equipment will be required for each class.**
