Presented recommendations to executive management and obtained funding to build and install prototype cover to reduce heat loss on production line. Researched devices and methods to prevent falls during risky activities (climbing oil tanker trucks). Worked with contractor to design and build a harness-type system to protect workers. Implemented new procedures as preventative measure to ensure facility/worker safety.
