Application for filling up the following posts for HSHRC (which is a body working in tendem with NRHM Haryana) on contract basis are invited by Executive Director, HSHRC, Panchkula initially up to 31.03.2014 extendable further on year to year basis till project period with details as mentioned below:Name of Post Consultant No. of Posts One (1) Remuneration Rs. 30,000 to 40,000/- per month based on qualification and experience Required Academic Qualifications and Experience Qualification:BDS/BAMS with Post Graduate degree or PG Diploma in HealthCare Management/ Administration from a recognized institute/University. or B. Pharma with MBA (Pharma) from a recognized institute/University. Experience:Minimum experience of 1 Year of working in Health Sector is essential. Computer Proficiency in commonly used packages is preferable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical, interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Qualification:Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Health care Management/Hospital Administration or equivalent Degree/Diploma from a recognized Institute/University. A medical/ Dental/Ayush Degree in addition to the above would be preferred. Experience:1. Minimum 2 years of experience of working in hospital/healthcare management out of which, minimum 1 year should be in implementation of Quality Management System in Hospital. 2. Person with experience of Implementation of NABH standards would be preferred. 3. A certified course for Quality Management System with experience in area of health would be preferred. 4. Computer Proficiency in commonly used packages is essential. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical, interpersonal skills, excellent oral & written communication skills in English. Essential qualification: Graduate (with at least one subject of Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Commerce) + Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) Desirable qualification: Any other higher degree/diploma: Possess the ability to understand reporting formats and specific software and use the same Minimum 2 years experience in any health institution/ hospital with data management on computer Entering large volumes of data in standard databases (MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL, SPSS etc.) assisting users in filtering and analyzing large data sets. Age Limit 40 years
