CP20-60 Features
Fully Automatic Operation Allows for unattended operation. Standard Capacities (others available on request) Empty pallet dispenser: 10 pallet. Loaded pallet conveyor: 2 pallet. Heavy duty construction Ensures reliable, low maintenance operation for present and future applications - frame is mild steel with polyurethane finish in any color. Extremely compact design Maximum utilisation of valuable floor space. Pattern versatility Ensured through a high-level system which utilizes row and overhead layer gating with a pneumatic lift and turn station. Rapid size changing Pre-programmed pattern selections and minimal mechanical adjustment mean multiple product lines are easily accommodated. Automatic Size Changing - available as an option. Unique pallet handling system Fork lift tyne style dispenser and shuttle transportation provide consistent and accurate transfer of pallets. Low noise output Electro-mechanical operation and belt under roll conveyors create quieter working conditions. Advanced Control System With remote access and diagnostics. Accurate and consistent stacks Achieved through four sided layer compression during stacking. Versatility Provided through a wide range of ancillary equipment combined with choices in modular or stand alone units, handing and many other components. Color Touchscreen Allows for quick fault diagnosis. Layer Stacking An empty pallet is positioned under the layer deck and fully assembled layers are stripped onto it when the deck is withdrawn. Accurate stacking is achieved with fixed and adjustable fences which locate the layer during stripping. Layer Formation Once the rows are formed they are positioned on the layer deck by a transfer bar thus forming a complete layer.

Row Forming Cases are automatically counted and positioned in rows, their positioning allows for the correct formation of the required pallet pattern.

Case Orientation A pneumatic lift and turn station allow positive case orientation in 90 increments.

Observation and Control Platform This platform (out of view) allows operators to observe row and layer formation while accessing the control panel.

Empty Pallet Dispenser Empty pallets are stored and dispensed from this station. Automatically controlled tynes lift clear all but the bottom pallet, allowing it to be transferred to the loading station on the pallet shuttle. Quiet Operation Usually less than 80dB.

Elevator Cases are elevated to the row forming conveyor for efficient high-level layer formation. (Or incline elevator - not shown)

Guarding to International Standards.
