Enzen is looking for expertise in the following areas for positions across various levels in the organization. Selected candidates will be offered appropriate position and compensation package based on experience and competencies. Customer Experience Delivery (CED) You would be a person with a high focus on customer service and experienced in managing teams of customer service representatives. You possess a rich exposure in building customer interface & stakeholder management, generating value proposition, benchmarking performance standards, establishing communication strategies and creating face lift opportunities. Prior experience in Energy Utility Service Industry in a similar role is desirable.

Additional qualifications such as M. Tech, Masters in Energy Management or any other Management qualification preferable.

Commerce & Accounts (C&A) You would be a person with a strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret and manage financial data and information. You possess a rich exposure in Commercial, Accounting, Revenue Management, Debtor Management, Performance Improvement - Strategy, Plans & Successful Rollout, significant AT&C Performance Management.

Additional qualifications such as M. Tech or Company Secretary preferable.

Technical (T) You would be a person with strong technical skills with service management capabilities. You possess a rich experience in Energy & Utilities Industry specialized in Network Operations, Metering Management, CAPEX Planning & Roll out, Meeting Reliability Indices, Delivering Quality Supply & Service Modules, Optimizing Technical losses.

Additional qualification such as M. Tech or certification in Energy Management or Energy Auditing preferable.

Financial Management (FM) You would be a person with strong financial acumen and ability to manage the financial activities of a distributed organization independently. You have an all round exposure in managing day-to-day financial functions including Financial Management, Financial Research, Financial Advisory Services, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Auditing.

Additional qualifications in Company Secretary preferable. Automation/IT Infrastructure Management (IT) You would be a person with a flair for system development and maintenance and ability to manage the IT Infrastructure of a distributed organization. You have a good exposure to Automation, IT Application & IT Infrastructure Maintenance and expansion & strengthening in utility sector.

Additional qualifications such as M.Tech -IT/CS or MBA-IT or certifications in CCNA/RHCE/ MCSE preferable.

People & Culture (P & C) You would be a person with a strong employee orientation and experience in handling an HR organization with multi-faceted skills and capability levels. You have a good exposure in managing Generalist HR Functions like Recruitment, Employee Relation, Grievance Handling, IR Issues, Compensation & Payroll Management, Safety Training etc. Knowledge of Odisha local labour laws and compliance requirements and exposure to Human Resource Management in a distributed field services highly desirable. Ability to communicate in local language desired.

Additional degree in law with specialization in labour laws preferable. Administration (A) You would be a person with a strong capabilities in administration and coordination capabilities. You have a good exposure in managing general administration functions with cost management skills. Knowledge of Odisha local laws and compliance requirements highly desirable. Ability to communicate in local language desired.

Legal (L) You would be a person with a strong capabilities in administration and coordination capabilities. You have a good exposure in managing corporate legal functions including contract management, handling of legal disputes, ensuring legal compliances etc. Knowledge of Odisha local laws and compliance requirements is a must. Ability to communicate in local language preferable.

Vigilance (V) You would be a person with an eye on process compliances and ability to identify and handle deviations from normal. You have been a senior Retired Army / Police Officer / Vigilance Officer from reputed industries and have been part of the vigilance function. You have good exposure in managing vigilance & enforcement operations , filing cases under appropriate Sections of EA Act 2007, Liasioning with local Administration for necessary support & Actions. Ability to communicate in local language preferable.
