Blvd, Irving, Dallas County, Texas. It was advised that the suspect was leaving in a Silver Dodge Neon bearing Texas LP DF2 K407, and that vehicle was located and stopped by Officer Howard #1 090 at 7800 N. MacArthur BIvd, Irving, Dallas County, Texas. The complainant (Cunigan, Noble), a loss prevention employee of Walmart, advised that when the defendant exited the store, she activated the anti theft alarms and was contacted outside the store. Her Walmart bags were searched but not her purse. The Complainant stated that the purse was put through the device multiple times and the device activated each time. When the Defendant walked through the device without the purse the device did not activate. The Defendant then fled the scene when advised the police were enroute. The Complainant advised that the only thing that would set off the anti theft device was the anti theft tags used by there retail location, that keys or other electronics wouldnt activate it. He also stated that this was the first time during his shift that the device activated, that it did not activate when the defendant came in the store. Based on this testimony, the complainants purse was searched and property belonging to Walmart totaling $184.01. The defendant was arrested for Theft of Property under $500.00 and transported to the Irving jail.

Said reason and belief is based upon the following facts and circumstances (provide narrative, using back of this affidavit or attaching additional pages and/or case report, as needed): On 06-03-2013 at about 0609 hours, I responded to a call of a shoplifting from the Walmart at 1635 Market Place
