Please note the terms & conditions of this promotion below. StarHub CableTV 12-Month Basic HD Pack Discount Promotion Terms & Conditions 1. Promotion is applicable to new and existing StarHub CableTV customers who are not on promotional contract and do not have outstanding bills with StarHub. 2. StarHub service is applicable to homes connected to StarHubs cable network with 2-way interactivity signal. 3. Promotion is valid till a date determined by StarHub. 4. A minimum contractual period of 12 continuous months to StarHub CableTVs subscription plan is required and a Promotion Early Termination Charge as follows will be imposed on customers who terminate their subscription within the 12-month contractual period. Any period of suspension will not be counted towards the minimum contractual period.

A minimum monthly subscription to 3 Basic Groups is required and this does not include subscription to Pay-Per-View, Telescope, main set-top box and additional set-top box(es). CableTV subscription discount is limited to $10.70 per month and will be credited to the customers account monthly for 12 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes. In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period. Basic HD Upsize subscription discount is limited to $4.28 per month and will be credited to the customers account monthly for 12 continuous months. Thereafter, normal billing resumes. In the event should the service be suspended, the promotional discounts will not be given during the suspension period. HD channels can only be viewed with subscription of the HD Interactive set-top box or HubStation HD DVR set-top box which are not included in the Basic HD Pack. Rental of $6.42/month for HD Interactive set-top box and/or $14.98/month for HubStation HD DVR set-top box applies. HD Channels in Basic HD Upsize are dependent on the corresponding channels in Standard Definition in customers Basic/Basic Upsize group subscription. Last day of installation is within 7 days from the date of sign-up. Installation charge of $32.10 applies for first set-top box and $16.05 for each subsequent set-top box installed on the same trip at the same service address. Delivery of set-top box(es) without installation is chargeable at $12.84 per trip at the same service address (not applicable to Box Swap/Remote Controls/Smart Cards/Accessories/Telescope/DTTV/StarHub CableTV prepaid services). StarHub CableTV service activation fee of $32.10 is waived. Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind ,is non-refundable and non transferable. Promotion is not applicable to other in-house promotions or discounts unless specified by StarHub. Promotion is not applicable to StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV, Commercial and Bulk Subscription customers, and StarHub employees on StarHub Employee Plan. An equipment deposit of $250 is chargeable if the customer is not a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident and holds a Work Permit or Student Pass. All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST. If the GST rate is revised, the prices will be revised accordingly. In the event of a dispute, a customers entitlement or rights (if any) under Promotion is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV is part of StarHub CableTV services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHubs General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications Services and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub CableTV, which can be viewed at StarHubs website www.starhub.com. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms & conditions herein (including prices) at its discretion without prior notice. Participation in Promotion or use of StarHub CableTV will constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendments thereof.

The platforms and content which may be accessed under the TV Anywhere service are subject to availability. 3. Thereafter, standard rates will apply for this TV Anywhere service.
