These sources are Bangladesh, India, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines and Sri Lanka. 2 Work permit applications may be submitted electronically via WP Online or to any SingPost post office (MOM-appointed collecting agent). If you are submitting the application via SingPost, please enclose a photocopy of this Prior Approval with each application and ensure that the reference number of this Prior Approval is indicated clearly in the application. If you are submitting your application electronically, please ensure that the reference number of this Prior Approval is keyed in for each work permit application. 3 Foreign construction workers recruited under this Prior Approval can only perform one or more of the Specific Activities for construction listed in the Regulatory Conditions of Work Permit. Before submitting any work permit applications, you must read and understand the Conditions and Regulatory Conditions, which are available on our website at www.mom.gov.sg.You are deemed to have agreed to the Conditions and Regulatory Conditions when you proceed with the application of the Prior Approval. You must only use this Prior Approval to employ foreign workers to perform any of the Specific Activities listed in the Regulatory Conditions of Work Permit for construction works/projects undertaken by your company/business. Please note that this Prior Approval is granted with the support of your main contractor, owner/developer and could be cancelled if that support is withdrawn. We will let you know in writing accordingly if this happens.
