(RE: New Policy on CIT-U Official Receipt as Admission Slip)
1. What if I lose my validated OR? What will I present to my teachers? Answer: You may secure an admission slip by presenting your RFID at Windows D&3. 2. What if I pay at MLhuillieror in other payment centers that accept payment for CIT-University? Answer: Present your receipt at Windows D&3to claim your Admission Slip. Those who have no receipt, proceed to the same windows for verification. 3. What if the machine validation will display, Not valid for midterm exam? What should I do? Answer: Check if the amount you paid is equal to or greater than the required amount. The system will only print the validated OR for payments that are equal to or greaterthan the amount stated in your assessment slip. If the amount you paid is less, paythe balance and the new OR should have a "Valid for .... Exams" printed. 4. What if I have paid a portion of the required amount for midterm, thus, my OR will not be valid for midterm, what will I present to my teachers? Answer: Proceed to Accounting Office for verification. 5. Is there a portion in the OR where our teachers can sign as proof that we have taken the examination? Answer: At the back of the validated OR, please write your subject, section and name of the faculty. Let your teachers sign during the examination. 6. Is it possible that OR will not be machine validated even if we have paid the required amount for midterm? (referring to machine error) Answer: Most likely not. If this happens, please refer to #3. 7. What should the scholar use to present as admission slip? Answer: If you have paid LESS THAN the required minimum amount for the examination, you need to apply for a TEMPORARY EXAMINATION PERMIT at the Office of Admissions and Scholarships. The requirements are: Assessment Slip, Receipt of Partial Paymentand, Promissory Note addressed to the University President. Submit these documents to OAS at least three days before the first day of examination. After three days, go back to OAS to claim your TEMPORARY EXAMINATION PERMIT. If your sponsor has already settled your account as reflected in your assessment slip, proceed to Window 3 to claim your PERMIT. In case the full payment on your account is not yet reflected in the system, proceed to OAS. 8. What if I cannot pay on time or on the exam period and will request for special exams from my teachers, will the same validation appear on my OR ordo I need to secure the admission slip? Answer: The same validation will appear on your OR. 9. What if we have paid in full upon enrolment? Answer: Claim from your respective departments your Assessment Slip where your Admission Slip is being attached. 10. What if I will pay in full this midterm? Can I use the same OR for Pre-final and Final Exams? Answer: For the succeeding examination periods, follow the procedure stated in #9.
