Implementing rules and regulations of an RA 9292 shows the advantage or importance of electronics engineers in nation building and development as stated in rule 1. Therefore, it would develop competent and well-rounded engineers and technicians someday in which standard of practice would be excellent, qualitative and world class. The IRR shows us also that the nature of practice of electronics engineers would be applicable to the professional, with the difference that it should only be who can provide consulting services which defined in RA 9292. It is a good thing that electronics engineers werent prevented from rendering design works or any roles in electronics works providing that it should be submitted to regulatory authorities and have greater impacts in life, limb and property. Also, the practice of electronics technician profession embraces any engineering work or activity relating to installation, construction, electronic maintenance and etc. These teachings and trainings of technical professional subjects are given in the electronics technician curriculum and licensure examinations. In rule 3, tells us about the examination, registration and licensure for electronics engineering and technicians. It shows that examinations of ECE and ECT are very challenging, because when in terms of ratings a candidate of ECE or ECT must obtain a passing rate of 70% in each of the four tests given during the examination. For today, it shows that electronics engineers are now highly competitive and challenging because their natures of practice are related to the application of engineering sciences and principles to the investigation, analysis, operations, and etc. Those teaching and activities which develop the ability to use electronic engineering fundamentals and related advanced knowledge in electronics engineering, including lecturing and teaching of

technical and professional subjects given in the electronics engineering and electronics technician curriculum and licensure examinations. This the good thing that it will be a great for the EcE community which signifies that not just gives an additional job opportunity for EcEs but it also brings forth recognizable worth for the EcEs license. Furthermore, such this law would make any students of ECE and ECT who pass the licensure exam more proud about themselves. And it would give EcE professionals a chance to participate in the governments aim of a better Philippine country.
