07/2009-06/2010: Lab technician in the R & D department of resin products at BASF Construction Chemicals Spain, (BCC). Development of new products with different objectives: Reducing costs of materials based on epoxy and polyurethane resin maintaining their physical and chemical properties.

Adaptation of polyurethane based materials under regulation RD 226/2002. Formulation of new colours. Completion of Quality Inventory at the factory, including analysis of procedures and recommendations for improvement. Preparation of reports and demonstrations of quality procedures for customers.

Application of analytical techniques related to epoxy based paints and polyurethane such as: IR Spectrophotometer, Colorimeter, pH meters, density meters, viscometers "Brookfield" hardness "shore" and gel-time. analysis "Taber" and "Zuik".
