Hired to bring networking and advanced technical skills in house, and reduce outsourcing for the company.
Providing technical support, as well as a guide for the implementation of a new VoIP solution, and design
of new network infrastructure. Administration of Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and Backup Exec
12.5D, and other Windows servers running business critical applications. Processed and resolved complex
issues involving a company critical applications, such as Trusted Link Windows (EDI) and SysPro.
Conducted performance analysis to resolve issues within the domain.
• IT lead for office move project, including making decisions of which hardware vendors, VoIP
vendor and design of network/server room
• Greatly increased the health and relability of the network infrastructure by implementing
Microsoft Best Practices.
Recruited to work as an consultant and on-site technician support for the company’s client base. Provided
on-site and remote technical support for clients.
Recruited to provide technicial support for corporate office, four remote offices and 200+ job sites.
Managed all telecommunications within the company, as well as a BES administration. Setup and deployed
all new workstations and laptops using Symantec Ghost. Administered and resolved issues within
Barracuda for spam filtering.
