Oracle VM Server: Processor: 64-bit CPU with hardware virtualization support for hardware virtualized guest operating systems Dual core CPU or multiple CPUs recommended to run multiple guests. Memory: minimum 1GB RAM / recommended 2GB for Oracle VM in general, but for EBS 4GB or more At least one static IP address
