They are undergoing an auction tomorrow August 7. They laid off workers a while back yet continued to solicit investors and advertising that people can invest in them and will receive a return on their investment. They also did crowdsource funding arrangement and there is over 12 million dollars plus over 3 million dollars of indivicuals money like mine that were given up front but services not provided and now they are going to take the product and sell it to a third party via auction. http://www.crushpadwine.com/_docs/Crushpad%20Syndicate %20Overview.pdf none of this was disclosed. Customers like me have given them all the money up front to make wine and somehow they never paid the bills and now anyone who made wine with them will have their wine sold at auction tomorrow against their will. They had customers like me who could also solicit investors i f they chose under their own LLC none of the financial woes were discolosed to potential investors and they went through quite a campaign to keep it quiet in the media that they were on the verge of closing. They took my money and refuse to give it back and now nobody is talking and supposedly a company wants to buy them at auction and then force anyone with physicial assets like wine to re-purchase/pay for their wine again in order for it to be released-in this way CP's debts are paid and they can avoid bankruptcy. All of the board and management have seem to vanished while 1000's of people have lost their money and now their assets.
