Spiritual Shower

Before going to take a shower recite the last six surahs of the Noble Quran, with 3 times durrod sharif in the beginning and end of them. The Last Six Surahs are namely:

Surah Al Kafiroon Surah Nasar Surah Lahab Surah Ikhlas Surah Falaq Surah Al Naas Once completed the Surahs, recite the Masnoon Dua for washroom i.e.

Now enter the washroom with the left feet in, first, and start taking the shower. While taking the shower continue to recite the masnoon dua for the washroom given above; however it should be done with heart instead of the tongue. It is prohibited to recite Quran or Duas in washroom with your tongue. So recite it in your heart. And while reciting it, consider that all the diseases, crisis, problems (spiritual, physical, witchery what so ever) are being washed away with this water by the blessings of the Six Surahs and the Masnoon Dua. After completing the shower, return from the washroom with your right feet out first. And after putting your clothes on, recite the six surahs given above once again in the same scheme with 3 times durood sharif in the beginning and end of them. The frequency of the spiritual bath is dependent on the severity of the problem. Greater the issue, more frequent the spiritual bath be done in a day.
