What is this manual for?

I have been writing articles about Judo as well as Fitness and Conditioning for as long as I can remember. I have over 200 videos on YouTube and it can sometimes be hard to sift through all the content to find what you are looking for. In this manual I have placed links to each video under the appropriate headings. I hope you enjoy the videos and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me at support@workoutsforjudo.com

Kind regards,

2008 Beijing Olympian Founder of Beyond Grappling
