information makes written accusation as follows:
Count One:

That Defendant, Robert Kissh, tenant, commencing on orabout the 20th day of October, 2011 and
continuing to the date of this information, in the Townof Carmel, Countyof Putnam, State of New
York, did commit a violation of 156-72A of the Town Code of the Town of Carmel entitled

"Zoning",for constructing a tent style garage structure withoutfirst obtaining a permitfrom the
building department.

To wit: On or aboutthe above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense by constructing a tent style garage on Defendants property at 21 Ernest Lane,Mahopac, N.Y.
10541, Tax Map#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code of the Town of Carmel. The conditions alleged herein were observed on September 25,2011, October 12,2011, and
December 21,2011.

Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shall constitute a separate and distinct violation and each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively bepunishable by afine ofnot

morethan $1,000 or byimprisonmentfor not more than oneyear, or byboth suchfine and imprisonment. Each weeks' continued violation shall constitutea separate additional violation.

Lane, Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, Tax Map#53.-l-30, defendant violated the Town Code of the

Town of Carmel. The conditions alleged herein were observed onSeptember 25,2011,
October 12,2011, and December 21,2011.

Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shall constitute aseparate and distinct violation

useof a lot beyond 200 ft. by 275 ft. as allowed by Zoning Board of Appeals Decision and Order
without seeking approval to do so.

To wit: Onor about the above referenced date, the defendants did commit the offense by expanding the lot beyond 200 ft. by 275 ft. forthe storage of dumpsters etc., at Defendants property at 21 Ernest Lane,Mahopac, N.Y. 10541, Tax Map#53.-1-30, defendant violated the Decision and Order of the Town of Carmel Zoning Board of Appeals. The conditions alleged herein were observed on September 25,2011, October 12,2011, and
December 21,2011.

Each weeks continued violation alleged herein shallconstitute a separate anddistinct violation

and each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively bepunishable by afine ofnot more than $1,000 orby imprisonmentfor not more than one year, orby both suchfine and imprisonment.
