New computers and chairs: excellent! This is a very good library with up to date material. Most reliable are the computers. Good job. Maori Aotearoa NZ acknowledgement To date Frankston is the only library recognizing its Maori customers on its self check out system in all the libraries I have visited instruction in N.Z. Maori language etc which is awesome keep up the great work Frankston. I am unable to log into Career One at Carrum Downs or Frankston Love the new computer monitors but can you please get Windows Media Player as it is very useful and please update the Adobe Flash as I cannot watch videos on YouTube anymore Thank you

Could you have a place to recycle old smoke detectors?

Could you ask the coffee people from greeting you when you arrive and when you leave. Most annoying. Carpark pedestrian door with the small roller shutter wasnt raised high enough and I hit my head on the roller shutter.

Could you please see if we can get Good chef, bad chef (with Janella Purcell) plus Little house on the prairie nos 5, 7, 8, 10 plus.

The Recycling Hub in the Library is the handiwork of Councils Environment Department. We are not aware of any plans to include smoke detectors for recycling at this stage; however the Environment Department may be able to provide information on where you can dispose of such items. Vada Caf staff have been providing wonderful, friendly Customer Service ever since they arrived to run the Foyer Caf. We are more than happy with the welcoming atmosphere they have created. Please speak to staff immediately for incidents such as these, so that we can then inform Council. The feedback box is emptied only once, at the end of each month. Thank you for your suggestions. We have series 1 & 2 of Good Chef, Bad Chef and we also have Season 5 of Little House on the Prairie. We have also ordered season 7, 8 and 10 of Little house on the prairie. Could the library consider the purchase of a polishing machine to repair damaged CDs and DVDs? It would extend the life of many of the discs in the collection. You should stock the senior newspaper.

How about an extra copy of 'The Australian? Its a popular paper and to may people like myself, much better than the The Age of which both copies are often unused together. As a regular borrower here can you please consider the following for to add diversity to our magazine collection? They are The Armourer, After the battle, Scootering and Classic bike. Thank you for your consideration. Buy some more Triple J, So Frenchy, so chic, Angus & Julia Stone and other amazing CDs. Thank you. Suggestion for audio books. Please get Henning Mankel and Jo Nesbo, most excellent crime fiction Dear library, get some more manga please. Love me xoxo My kids cant borrow books because I cant afford to pay the fines. They were really disappointed. Sad really, where we are trying to encourage reading in young people. So sad that in this age we have no real choice, so old, so drab wake up please Too noisy no signs indicating quiet please. Children running up and down, people talking too loudly. It is very hot. I had a group of girl guides (22) visit and have a tour of your facility. I would like to say thank you for the excellent knowledge and assistance we were given at the time. Thanks again Thank you for the help on the computers, finding websites. I was in a hurry. Thank you. I have had a great School Holiday. The dream catcher was extraordinary. I love the library. Lots of love Love the kids holiday activities! My son and daughter have made dream catchers and leading these holidays with the ever lovely staff members all done within the time limits and with great instructions and assistance. Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestion. We are looking at purchasing a subscription to newspapers online which will be available to read on computers and other devices both in the library and at home. Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider these magazines for suitability for our collection

Borrowing books from the library is free of charge unless items are not returned by the due date. Please see one of our friendly staff to arrange a payment plan.
