Please note the most important things here: The void release will happen Sunday but we need to get the check to Hazam for his money, even though he wont cash it so that he can use it as collateral to buy the cables needed for the PF. Where are we on the void release? - Void release is approved to occur this Sunday, December 27 - Coordination plan for PF approved In order for this void release inspection of the ceiling to be passed the following missing items need to be completed: Cables - Main cable for TV and for Data are approved by 4S - Telephone cable was rejected and another one proposed by 4S; this is on its way should arrive with the rest of light current cables - Cable needs to be run - not more than a day's work Plumbing Materials to be delivered on 12/24 Thursday Work to start Thursday - thanks to Shaimaa' push Hiliti Company will deliver and drill holes tomorrow 12/24 Thursday This work will resolve the spinkler adjustments in the PF, the moving of the cold water pipe to get the room need for the light in the PF (NW corner) and moving fire fighting pipe to get air duct to raise In the ballroom.

2. Status of the kitchen? Main area filled and they have begun on cooridor Wall tiles and floor to be finished by next Thursday or before Need to run electrical cable through to outlets and cover holes in wall Understood that the wall tiling will be unaffected by this

3. Core drilling and AHU room floor pour 4. Core drilling will be done and finished on Thursday Will not impact work that has begun to pour screed in AHU room Do we have the quote for the epoxy and pour? Maybe question for Salwa?

Status of marble? Marble for all molding (5) to be delivered tomorrow. Floors still missing. No resolution with payment scheme till now, though they seem to be moving forward

7. AHU delivery: - Supposed to be tomorrow (which is last day of the two weeks they said it would take) but they are trying to push till next week. We are pushing back. 8. Electrical box wall station approval: Approved verbally today, with documented approval tomorrow and order to begin manufacture tomorrow after hard copy approval with us. Will take 3 weeks to manufacture...

9. Charbel approval of coordination plan for ballroom: Charbel was given the track lighting prop which is the last pending item to get approval on ball room coordination plan. Charbel left on vacation (returning on Jan 3) with out giving approval Shaimaa met with Costas and Ayman they want Randall or Bill to send a note to 4S documenting that this happened so that if he doesnt give approval before the 3rd we can get that time back.
