TESTING AND COMMISIONING What is the status of the Electrical Board When will it arrive? Can we test and commission before using existing panel?

CONCLUSION: Main areas will problems that prevent the majority of work are: 1. Marble 2. Electrical Board for testing and commissioning 3. Wood in Ceiling

Most if not all are financial issues, so the financial strategy should be made clear to the responsible parties and followed up day to day. Without solutions to these issues ability to request additional workers squashed. Without solutions to these issues coordination of all other work becomes intensely more difficult. Proposed solutions need to be made clear as this renders all scheduling obsolete. Additionally, work in minor areas which has no connection to main issues is NOT being worked on. This is a good opportunity to complete work but not being leveraged. Work crews state that they "dont have any work", this is sometimes true and when it is, it is because the main issues listed above. However this is also not true because we are not leveraging them against the areas that we do have open work such as the minor areas near the kitchen, stairs, elevator etc. Workers are also not splitting their crews effectively, ie they use ALL there workers on the closing of the ceiling and neglect the work on the opening of the ceiling in the dishwasher area etc, as one example. There is no reason not to be working in multiple areas and advancing areas in parallel.
