Knights of Columbus Chicken Dinner: The All Saints Council invites you to their all-you-can-eat chicken dinner on Sunday from 12:30 - 2:00PM in the Parish Hall. They feature broasted chicken and sides for a price of $8.00 for adults, $4.00 for children 4-12, and children 3 and younger eat for free. The Knights would appreciate your support. Knights of Columbus Open Meeting: Vince Gottbrath with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention will be the guest speaker at the open meeting on August 21st at 7:30 PM, in the Parish Hall. The AFSP is the nations leading organization bringing together people across communities and backgrounds to understand and prevent suicide, and to help heal the pain it causes. We hope youll be able to attend and be sure to invite others who might find this meeting helpful. Donations will not be requested and, as always, a dinner will be provided. AA will meet at 7:30 PM each Tuesday in the Parish Hall. An open discussion format is used. The first of the monthly celebrations of the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be the weekend of September 14/15th (second weekend), after Mass; and the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be September 21st (third Saturday) from 2:30-3:00 PM. Both sacraments are also available, by appointment, with Fr. Dale. Parish Office Closed for Move: We are in the process of re-organizing the office space shared by the staff and will be closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week (19-20-21st) to allow us to do that with minimum distractions. Archdiocesan Safe Environment Training, which is required for volunteers working with children, will be held at St. Francis Xavier on Wednesday, Aug. 28th at 6:30 in the Parish Hall.
