TD PRO is the most widespread Italian SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) for standalone and network systems; it has many thousands of installations in both Italy and abroad. Development of man machine interface and control functions is easy and fast; graphic and interactive tools, object-oriented interface and help on line are available. Application areas Food industry, building automation, chemical and petrochemical industries, pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing industry, plastics industry, iron works industry, research laboratories, telecontrol, training systems, and many others. Drivers Software drivers, designed to make communication as efficient as possible, are used to interface instrumentation (PLC, regulators, various devices tools). Different drivers can be used in the same application. Multiserial cards can be used to increase the communication lines available on the PC.
Functions Real time process database Mimic displays and operator panels to monitor process status and send commands to the field. The number of mimic displays is unlimited; animated objects, bitmaps, numbers, texts, geometric figures, moving objects, command points, panels activation points, programs activation points, call of other mimic displays can be positioned as required. Objects dynamic properties include: dimension, position, movement, color, transparency, filling, blinking. Real time and historical alarms, logs and historical reports. Complex alarms conditions, where the occurrence of an alarm for one variable depends on conditions related to other variables, are managed. Historical and real time trends; each variable can be associated to one or more trend variables with different characteristics. Calculations and filters (min, max, standard deviation, first and last data) on real time and historical data are available. Real time and historical data may be displayed, printed in graphical (single and multipage) and alphanumerical reports, or exported to an ASCII file usable with standard packages, such as Excel, or DBIV. Recipes and plant conditions. which can be activated by the operator on request, at time, on event.
