• Some times coaching sales staff in market
according to arising problems either with
customers or with Human Resources.
• Monthly, Weekly & Daily data analysis
• Daily Motivation meeting.

according to everyone's capabilities through
analysis of every week & month achievements
per team member.
• Preparing the analysis of financial data
concerning salaries, commissions, deductions…
etc.
• Creation of new ideas for the development &
implementation of sales plans.

SECRETERIAL FIELD :

• Process all incoming /outgoing correspondence such as regular mail,


courier , envelops , faxes , Emails , telephones , calls which are
addressed to the manager , distributing these to the appropriate
personnel & where action is required , ensuring that these are acted
upon in an efficient , discrete & productive manner .
• Maintain & organize filing & follow-up systems for all
correspondence .
• Maintains total confidentiality of all matters relating to the assigned
department
• Typing , reports , memorandums , & other types of correspondences
& distribute them as advised
• Arranging appointments & meetings , takes minutes & maintains
