Rights & Responsibilities of Room 103

The following pages outline the rights and responsibilities of all people involved in making Room 103 an amazing place to grow and learn. Students Rights All students have a right to: a safe and pleasant environment fair & equal treatment hear & be heard be respected learn teach their fair share of the teachers time make their own choices Students will: Treat others with consideration, realizing that all of us are unique and special even though we are all different. Make this classroom safe by following the not causing injury to others, or damaging/using the property of others without their permission. Participate in the classroom activities appropriately by listening, speaking, &/or writing. Respect others, adults and students, and uphold their rights. Learn - be prepared for class, be on time, pay attention, complete work, and not become distracted or distract or others. Push yourself, keep trying, and ask questions if you don't understand. Demand the highest quality of education - Inform Mrs. Tonelli when she is not providing meaningful lessons. Keep track of assignment, notes, and projects. Check class webpage often. Respect others, adults and students, and uphold their rights. Continually be aware of what it was like to be in 7 th and react to situations appropriately. Be proactive in teaching and management. Learn & educate. Prepare for class, be on time, and assist with independent practice. Create meaningful lessons of the highest quality to promote growth in each student.

 Return work to students in a timely manner. Update class webpage often.
