4. All student and teacher advisers from public schools are required to participate. Student writers and teacher advisers from private schools may also attend. (For private schools, coordinate with Ms Lorina Advincula, Del Pilar Academy principal) 5. A registration fee of one hundred pesos (Php100.00) will be charged to each delegate (students/delegates and teacher-advisers) to cover expenses for the resource speakers honoraria, certificates, medals, token and operations.
6. Registration fees and transportation expenses of participants, incidental to their attendance in this training, shall be charged against local funds or school paper funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from the private schools shall make necessary arrangements with their institution in connection with their attendance in the training. 7. Each delegate will bring his/her own provision for lunch and snacks for two (2) days. 8. In the Photojournalism contest, each contestant is required to bring the following materials: a. Digital Camera (point and shoot only) with a maximum of 16 megapixels. Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) and other high-end digital cameras shall not be allowed. b. Blank or empty storage card (compact flash, SD card, MMC) shall be submitted to the photojournalism proctors during the registration for checking and coding prior the contest. c. Likewise, student participants are requested to bring the following layout materials like ruler, glue, pencil, pentel pen, sign pens among others. White cartolina will be provided by the organizers. 9. A sound system for Radio Broadcasting will be provided by the host school. Each participating school, however, is requested to provide laptop and printer for their own use. 10. Numbered enclosures for the participants guidance and perusal are the following: 1.
