1ational Land Code 12(". !t concentrates on aspects o* land dealings
particularl/ those relating to co''ercial securit/ transactions such as
charges3 liens and jual janji. +iscussion on di**erent 'odes pertaining to
restraints on dealings e.g. ca#eats and prohi-itor/ orders conclude this
part.
The second )art tries to discuss selected enact'ents go#erning di**erent
aspects o* land issues in )eninsular 4ala/sia. !n particular the Land
Ac5uisition Act 12(03 The 4ala/ 6eser#ation %nact'ents3 The 7trata
Titles Act 12("3 are discussed. There still re'ains nu'erous laws and
regulations relating to land 'atters that are not co#ered in this course
