Your World & Your Identity Poster We spent the first day of class mapping out good and evil elements of our world, and good and evil elements of ourselves. This assignment gives you the opportunity to visually represent the complex relationship between good and evil in ourselves and in our worlds. Assignment: Create a visual representation of: o 5 positive traits and 5 negative traits of yourself o 5 positive elements and 5 negative elements of your world This poster will hang in our English classroom for the rest of the year. You are welcome to use the head idea from class, or any other symbol that distinguishes you from your world. Your positive and negative elements may be split down the middle, or may be mixed up however you like. Instead of signing your poster with your name, include a picture of yourself somewhere on your poster. Follow these guidelines when creating your visual representation: At least 8 1/2 X 11, no bigger than 9 X 12, in size Vertical, not horizontal Made on construction paper, cardboard covered with construction paper, cardstock, etc. (nothing flimsy so your poster wont ever fold over or fall) ONE sidedeverything must be on one side Sign your poster with a picture of yourselfanywhere, any size Make it BEAUTIFUL!! Decorate your poster with colors, pictures, glitter, ribbon, sequins, crayons, markers, fabric, computer graphics, etc. Remember: this will hang in our room allllllllllllll year.
