Never before has the rapid increase in new knowledge and technology and of change and itself demanded a learning response as great as what is now remain competitive. The shortage of such people is widely accepted and training, at long last, is beginning to be recognized as part of the solution and hence the total investment in training is on the rise. This is true for all organizations. There really is no alternative than to make sure that human skill so vital to the corporate success are recognized, harnessed, developed and suitably maintained. Training is not however, one one-off investment. It is a continuing investment. Not only is it needed to create the skilled workforce, but also maintain the high levels of skills demanded by the ever changing, highly dynamic work place. Thus, study on Training and Development is extremely important as it reveals and identifies the lacunas in the training policy and the areas where the organization can improve for the etterment of the organization as well as the industry.

The project and my research on the field suggests me that company want to become a synonym of Digital Marketing across the globe. CNPL want to setup a new era in the field of marketing by covering almost 60-70% Indian Metro cities population and 3040% in rural areas. For this CNPL started an institute as name of College of Digital marketing whose integrated Practical course help to understand the benefits of Digital Marketing and future of Digital Marketing in India.

College of Digital Marketing is an initiative taken by Creative Neurons Pte. Ltd., Singapore to introduce a platform for professionals, students, entrepreneurs, who intent to exploit the power of technology to give the best of the results to their career(s).College of Digital Marketing is a platform of opportunities for individuals who seek their future in the field of digital marketing. It is a strategy which revolves around filling-up the gaps in the demand & supply of candidates specialized in digital marketing.

There is tremendous scope in Digital Marketing and looking at its potential and growing capacity, soon it is going to be claimed as an independent, stand-alone industry; and looking at the uncountable benefits, including being a much cost-effective medium, the demand of trained professionals is never going to decrease. Digital Marketing is an industry that provides a vulnerable tool to small -to -mid-size organizations and entrepreneurs to allocate their marketing and branding budget strategically and smartly thus offering better results; equating to a better ROI. LIMITATIONS

1. Since the duration of the project training was less it was difficult to study following aspects in depth. a. To understand the policy of company b. To understand the work properly. c. To learn about the requirement of clients. d. To generate the leads. 2. Collecting information from people during the working hours was also critical. Besides this, the issue of confidentiality was a tough obstacle to conquer. But finally persuasion won and the study was completed with a degree of comprehensiveness.
