For those aspirants wanting to take the Mensa Entrance test in an area other than Pune, Mumbai or Calcutta, we advise the following procedure. 1. Click to download and print the Mensa Test Request form. Clear photocopies of the same may be used. When the form loads,right-click on it and click " Save Picture as..".The form will get saved at whichever location on your computer that you specify.Then,print it out. 2. Click to read the Terms, Conditions and the Disclaimer. 3. Fill in the form in your own handwriting, affix your recent passport size photograph and sign the form with your signature used for official purposes. 4. Label the envelope as "MENSA TEST REQUEST FORM" in block capital letters on the top left corner. 5. IMPORTANT : Please DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY (cash, cheque, draft, other) with this Mensa Test Request Form. 6. Mail this form to Mensa India (Mumbai) C/o Excel Industries Limited 184/87 S.V. Road Jogeshwari (W) Mumbai 400102 Maharashtra Once we receive at least 100 application forms from any one city/town we may acknowledge receipt to each sender explaining how to remit the Mensa Entrance Test fee with an appropriate deadline. The test will be held at a venue in the city chosen by Mensa India, preferably but not necessarily on a holiday like Sunday. Currently we have most enquiries from Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi in no particular order. Hence we will be attempting to conduct the entrance tests in these cities first. We request aspirants to understand that the team will have to travel to their assigned town or city with sufficient notice to all candidates taking the test. This planning takes time and effort. In case there are not sufficient applications from you city/town, we request you to be patient.

 Please note that Mensa India is different from various not-for-profit societies that may exist in India. Currently, the focus is on testing at the town or city level rather than at the school, college or institute level. We do not have chapters at the school, college or institute level. From time to time, we shall be posting the number of registrations received from each town or city on this website

Terms and Conditions: 1. Mensa India is a Chapter of Mensa International, see www.mensa.org. 2. The form being submitted is merely a request form. Mensa India is under no obligation to accept any such request and acceptance of any request shall be at the discretion of Mensa India. 3. The applicant by submission of the form undertakes that the information given by him/her in the request form is true to the best of his/her knowledge, information and belief and that the same does not contain any false or misleading information. 4. Any violation of the undertaking contained in clause 3 above or if the applicant is found to have submitted any false or misleading information or is determined by Mensa India to have in any manner used unfair means to render himself eligible for membership including in the course of appearing for the entrance test, then a) the applicant will be disqualified from appearing for the entrance test and if has already appeared for the entrance test then: (i) The result will be withheld, and (ii) If the results have already been declared, then the same shall be rescinded; and it will be deemed as if the applicant had not appeared for the test; b) If the applicant is already admitted to the membership of Mensa India, then the membership shall be summarily rescinded and permanently cancelled. 5. Any applicant who has been found to have furnished false or misleading information in the request form or used unfair means for being admitted as a member or in the entrance test may be barred from becoming a member of Mensa in the future for a period to be

decided by Mensa India. Such period may be a lifetime ban. 6. Mensa India may also cancel the membership of any applicant who has been admitted as a member, after giving notice to the person concerned. 7. In the event of an applicant not being present for the test at the designated time and place, Mensa India shall not be liable to refund or give any credit in respect of any money, either in part or in full, which has been paid to Mensa India for the conduct of the test.
