Adaptable Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S)

As the wholly owned subsidiary of Otis Elevator from the United Technologies Corporation (UTC), the worlds largest industrial group, EXPRESS elevator vigorously follows the group companys strict standard to become the industrial model in Environment, Health and Safety. Commitment to environment protection has become the part of our company culture. With excellent performance and handsome shape, EXPRESS Hypex 7500 is the passenger elevator specifically designed for residential premises, business buildings, and highranking hotels. It is adaptable in various surroundings.

Space-saving
With its compact small size, PM gearless traction can be placed in a smaller machine room. Therefore, Hypex 7500s small machine room solution increases the usage of the building area and makes rooms for living or building leasing.

Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE)

ACE is UTCs management tool and applies to UTCs business activities, subsidiary companies, functional departments as well as factorys operation system. As ACE is customer focused, process oriented and data driven, it promotes customer satisfaction and business performance. Green
Hypex 7500 adopts PM gearless traction and VVVF drive system with the energy consumption be reduced by as much as 40% compared with traditional gearless traction machine. Moreover, the intelligent control system, energy-feedback system, and VVVF controlled door operator systems also contribute in energy consumption reduction. The well designed low-energy consumption configuration of Hypex 7500 efficiently improves energy utilization ratio, and reduces the cost within elevators life cycle.

Efcient
Hypex 7500 focuses on high efficiency of elevator operation process, and takes into consideration the different requirements in production, installation and maintenance. The compact product, efficient supply chain, working with quick installation and adjustment service will remarkably shorten the construction time, save construction cost and bring satisfactory prot to the customer.

Otis Elevators World Wide Jobsite Safety Standard is exerted in EXPRESS elevator design, manufacturing, installation and service, and regular review and verication of the whole process will be conducted to ensure a full compliance with the standard. We will ensure the safety of every passenger and of every employee in manufacturing, installation and maintenance work of Otis Group Company and its subsidiaries.

B OMCO traction machine

High standard: comply with GB, EK, EN and ANSI standards Long life: longer working life of traction bearing for considering the bearings uneven weight loading and ropes uneven full force. Anti-interference: pass the EMC/EMI disturbed test to adapt to electromagnetism working condition. Environment friendly: no refueling, and low energy consumption.

EXPRESS applies E-3 standard

Otis Group Company sets E-3 standard for the elevator safety devices that may result in physical damage or personal death if ceasing to be effective. E-3 standard ensures the safety and reliability of the safety devices through strict index reference, to meet the National, Municipal, and Otiss safety requirements. All products of EXPRESS are in full compliance with E-3 standard.

NAPA door system

High development standard: comply with OTIS ENG-00082 worldwide door operator design code, including 18 electrical equipment indexes. High reliability: normal-abnormal alternating continuous test for a million times. Noise, speed and life-cycle aspects will meet Otis standard. High safety: no car open in non-level oor to eliminate any hidden danger.

Infrared ray light curtain protection system

17 pairs of high-performance infrared transmitter/receiver tube, with average dislocation layout. . Ray weaved protection layer . Strong resistance to sun interference .
