Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (the “Motion”) came on regularly for hearing

before the Honorable William Thomas Thurman on February 18, 2009. Ronald George appeared

for the defendant Weston Wade Sleater (“Defendant”) and Gary E. Jubber of Fabian &

Clendenin appeared for Gary E. Jubber, Chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankruptcy

estate of Bedrock Marketing, LLC (“Bedrock”) and Chapter 7 trustee of the bankruptcy estate of

Enlightened Management, LLC (“Enlightened”).

Having considered the memoranda, affidavits, and declarations filed by the parties and

the argument of counsel, the Court announced its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and ruling

on the record at a hearing held March 5, 2009. Based on the Court’s findings and conclusions,

1. Judgment in favor of Gary E. Jubber, as trustee of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

Estate of Bedrock Marketing, LLC, and against Weston Wade Sleater in the amount of:

a. $9,423,517.44 as of March 5, 2009;

b. post-judgment interest on the foregoing at the contract rate of 72% per

annum until paid in full;
2. Judgment in favor of Gary E. Jubber, as trustee of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
OR

Estate of Enlightened Management, LLC, and against Weston Wade Sleater in the amount of:

a. $2,093,939.15 as of March 5, 2009.

b. post-judgment interest on the foregoing at the contract rate of 72% per
annum until paid in full;
