Job analysis and Job Description Preparation Designing Key results areas of each head of dept and see that organizational objectives are met Organization Development Contacting employment services / executive recruiters for specialized postings. Industrial relations Handling multi Unions Ensuring statutory compliances. Handling industrial disputes, strikes and dealing with disciplinary matters including domestic enquiries and issuing charge sheets. Dealing with Trade unions (Conciliations and negotiations).
