MERCEDES NARCISSE DOESNT PAY HER FAIR SHARE OF TAXES

The federal government put liens worth $23,0001 on Mercedes Narcisses properties in order to collect back taxes. New York State got judgments against her for more than $14,0002 citing back taxes. Mercedes Narcisses tax history disqualifies her from sitting in the City Council. As a lawmaker, shell set an example for all New Yorkers, and shell oversee the citys finances. But she doesnt think the law applies to her and she cant manage her own money. Thats not right. Mercedes Narcisse has no business representing South Brooklyn in the City Council.
