Dear Praying Family, Wow; it has been some time since we have sent out an update, and there

is a lot to talk about this time! We have been so excited to see the Lord working in so many amazing ways. A couple of people have come to Christ for the first time and six people baptized this past Sunday. It was a touching Baptismal service. It was also a blessing to witness these new believers, that are growing in the faith, making a public statement of what the Lord is doing in their lives.

September 2013, Volume V, Issue III

About a month ago, Keith Mabery came to Christ at our men's Bible Study on Wednesday night. It was a marvelous to see Kevin's first time performing a baptism service. each of the men in our study sharing from their heart about Praising the Lord for the new believers. how the Lord had touched their lives. Keith has struggled with alcohol most of his life and is now in rehab. Keith asks you to pray for strength for him as he goes through the program and begins to grow in his new faith. The Lord has started an amazing work. Since we have a number of new believers in our community, we are hoping to start a discipleship class for spiritual growth. Pray for those involved with that and that the Lord will bless their efforts. Recently, Stonyford Community Church took on a new board member, Richard Knight. He has been a huge help in expanding our evangelism outreach. Our church has had a vision to expand this ministry for some time and I am thankful for a man to help lead this. Richard has an invaluable knowledge of the people in this community. He and I go out regularly to visit with people and share Christ. The Lord has blessed us with a lot of opportunities. Pray that the Lord will continue to lead us to the people whose hearts are ready for harvest.

Since moving here, God has already given us a place to serve through hospitality. We are blessed to live in a beautiful home the Stonyford Community Church have lovingly built for their Pastor(s). We are the first family to live here, and we, as well as the children, love it! We want to use it for the Lord's Glory. Already, Darleen has hosted an ice cream social and a baby shower. Not to mention, the Wednesday Men's Bible study meet in the parlor weekly. I (Kevin) am still preaching through the Gospel of John and am so blessed to be working through this amazing book of the Bible. Pray that the Lord will bless as I speak boldly God's truths and remain faithful to the Word. Our ladies Bible Study have started their study in Matthew and our Men's Bible study is finishing up the Sermon on the Mount (Matt 5, 6, 7). Both studies have been a real blessing and we are excited about the spiritual growth that we are seeing in those studies. Let me not forget the children. Darleen is teaching the children's church using the PeeWee Pirate Club material through Majesty Music. The Peewee Pirates are adorable and are scheduled to share their memory verse and songs with the congregation on September 8th.

One of our littlest PeeWee Pirate.

We were greatly encouraged by a visit from the McNabb family. We want to thank them as well as many others who have been so faithful in their support of our ministry. God has been using you and we know you are praying for us. Please continue those prayers as we are often reminded that we are in a spiritual battle. Satan does not want to see the Lord's work go forward and he will do anything to discourage us. Thank God for His mercy and love. We are reminded from Romans that if God is for us, who can be against us (Rom. 8:31). Jesus is the King and we look to Him. God bless you all.
We had a full house between the McNabb family and Kevin's family, who came for a summer visit.

In the Service of Our Lord, Kevin & Darleen Addie, William, & Philip Weston
