Demand for hotel rooms, transportation and entertainment venues will be extremely high due to NASCAR Races taking place in our area during our conference. Please make your travel plans early to avoid inconvenience and higher costs. A block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of Thursday, October 10, Friday, October 11, and Saturday, October 12 at the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark hotel, 5501 Carnegie Boulevard, at a rate of $119.00 + tax (currently 15.25%) per night. This rate is for a standard room with a king or two double beds. Please contact Jayne King for room upgrades or additional nights and we will be glad to provide you with those rates.
