Overly Detailed Time Line - 1979 John Dalton is born. -1982 Peter Botchman is born. -1991 October 19th Joshua Hyman is born. - 1997 John receives the national merit scholarship to fancy medical school I'll decide later. -2000 December 10th Peter is caught trafficking meth - 2005 May 7th John Graduates with P.h.d in medicine of whatever - 2006 January 3rd Dylan is born. -2006 June 2nd Joshua meets romantic conquest #1 - 2006 August 13th John lands a job at Mayo Clinic -2015 May 24th Joshua graduates Generic U. -2015 July 23rd Peter's cellmate is stabbed while sleeping in the bunk above him. -2015 November 1st Joshua lands a job at Pawn Stars. -2016 February 12th Joshua meets romantic conquest #2 -2016 November 8th Joshua is promoted to head writer - 2017 May 5th Joshua moves into the apartment complex. -2017 June 3rd Joshua meets romantic conquest #2.5 -2017 November 5th the B612 Foundation releases their findings on 1997FX11 claiming it will hit earth sometime next year. -2018 January Joshua losses conquests #2, & #2.5 - 2018 March 1st India's Space program (ISRO) launches a rocket that will detonate close to FX11 in hopes of diverting it. -2018 April 10th 10:07 AM a meteor .9 miles in diameter, designated 1997FX11, hits Regina Canada. -2018 April 11th Peter decides to leave the remains of the prison. Arrives at the apartment complex. -2019 September 12th John leaves the hospital unexpectedly. -2018-2020 As predictions about the lasting damage start to be realized governments begin stockpiling every resource it can. Many countries old rivalries resurface. -2020 The China begins smuggling guns and resources into North Korea in exchange for their starting of a proxy war against the U.S. and South Korea. -2020 May 13th North Korea Declares war on the U.S. and invades South Korea. -2020 August 17th North Korean troops land on American soil with the help of undetectable Chinese subs. -2020 August 31st Great Britain, Germany, and what remains of Canada join with the U.S. -2020 November 2nd Russia and China launch full scale attacks on the newly allied bodies in the largest multi-country assault in history. With everyone fighting on so many fronts, and the earths already depleted resources being squandered faster for the war effort, governments begin to feel the pressure from both internal riots and external invasion. -2021 May 4th Dylan's dad is killed in action while fighting the North Korean force still defiantly logged in California. -2021 December 12th Two stealth bombers with nuclear payloads level Hong-Kong. The U.S. is blamed however, no one takes responsibility for the attack. With tensions already

high, many alliances fall. Countries that held neutral see opportunities that would have been considered suicide at the beginning of the war. -2022 After years of panic, war, & economic collapse, most forms of government are reduced to isolated pockets of self organized, localized, populations. -2023 -2028 Joshua Hyman decides enough is enough and he leaves the city with a few traveling companions form his apartment building. -2029 Journey Ends

POV Characters -Joshua Hyman: A short awkwardly built man. Born 1991. A talented writer he has a masters in English (God are his pov sections going to be hard to do) Before the apocalypse he wrote for the semi-reality show "Pawn Stars." He favors himself an archivist now. Logging everything he can in to hundreds of spiral binders and composition pads. He has a prized collection of writing utensils from giant mechanical pencils with unbreakable lead, to erasable pens. He is the member of the group who had the idea to move west out of the cities, he also encourages them to write journals of their own. He hates Dylan, and wants to "sit in the brain" of Peter. Has a romantic interest in every woman. -Dylan Tompson: Tall and obnoxious, Dylan Tompson is a brash youth (born 2006)who is despised by everyone. Constantly trying to get the little world there is left to recognize his genius, Dylan's lazy tendencies and ignorance earn him a swift death around the end of act 1. -Peter Botchman: Average height a little overweight, Peter was an inmate in the Henninpen County Penitentiary when FX11 hit. He was serving time from drug trafficking. In 2000 he got caught trafficking meth out of Canada. He was given 20 years. When FX11 hit there were wide spread riots in most jails but especially those so close to the impact. Tremors from the blast shook the prison to the ground. Amazingly, few prisoners were harmed. Peter has taken his early release as an act of further punishment as he now has to live free in a dying world. -Unnamed female character that isn't a stereo type: I can't write female characters that are believable and have depth so this will take a bit. -Maia Bedisa: A mother through and through she was pregnant with her long terms boyfriend's baby when 1997FX11 struck Canada. Her boyfriend happened to be in the national gaurd and was sent to Canada to aid first responders. He was killed when his helicopter was brought down by an angry mob. Her son was born shortly after. Having to raise a son in a world that has ended is no easy thing, however Maia hasn't given up on the idea of a "normal life" for Toma. -Toma Bedisa: A ten year old boy. He is just like any other except he doesn't remember the world before it was destroyed. He has a friend about his age whom he had to leave behind to go with his mother and the others out west.

-John Dalton: As a medical doctor, and the oldest of the six (born 1979) he is often looked to as the leader, although he shy's away from responsibility. Having had enough of it as a hospitals chief of staff, he abandoned his job three months after the FX11. He hasn't tried to return to the hospital since.
