We did meet with him. He wrote all the dates. We explain in detail the process. He wrote paid the fee with knowledge that he was asking the planning board to approve a conditional use prior to council approval. He understood the risks. He needs to get a tenant before the accessory can be approved. So the time should not matter. Sherry is on top of it. Yes. That's when we were scheduling it. John and I met with Michael Carro last week and he should be up to speed on all the dates going forward.

FYI---it's not on that agenda. SECOND mtg in March for the LDC amendment. Planning Board will consider the actual Conditional Use/SPBD

approval of the project on March 13th. Council will see that in April.

Neil Please consider attending the upcoming, Thurs., March 8th, City Council meeting. The language that supports the "Al Fresco" project will be the ordinance reading and will be on the agenda. Unfortunately your nearby neighboring property owners, Walter and Sarah Brown, are rallying the troops to build a show of opposition. The Browns voiced their objections during the publicly advertised Planning Board meeting, and although this unique, creative concept was unanimously approved, they have elected to continue to fight its implementation. I suggest you gather additional support and ask them to SHOW UP and SPEAK. Brian Brian K. Spencer Principal
