Now you can Start sending 12) Press and hold [ START] until Beeping sounds change from intermitent to Continous. *** The Edited Message are Transmitted .The Initial Display of DSC will return and [ Last Status Message] display the Transmitted Message. Note : If you make Accidental Transmission ,Press [ STOP] with in 5 Secs.

B) Nature of distress Window screen will Displayed C) Move the Cursor to the Pertinent Nature of Distress List and Press [ ENTER] 3) Entering DATA Navigation A) Move the Cursor to [ DATASOURCE ] and Press [ ENTER] B) Move the Cursor to [ GPS ] and Press [ ENTER ] C) Check that tha NAV.DATA is correctly Displayed in accordance with Ships Movement . ***POSITION ***COURSE If this Information Is all correct,you can start ***SPEED Transmit Distress alert How to Transmit 1 ) Check all the Content of the distress window screen are all Correct. 2) Open Hinged cover and Press [ DISTRESS BUTTON] for about 5 Sec . and Buzzer start Sounding ,when Distress Button is Press. 3) " S.O.S is displayed and Alerting Sounds to Indicate that the equipment is READY to transmit a Distress Alert . **** At This Time the Distress Alert is Not Transmitted yet if the Distress alert transmission is Terminated ,DONT operate the distress button for about 30 seconds. ---BUZZERS ON: for 0.5 seconds OFF: for 0.5 seconds 4) PRESS [ DISTRESS BUTTON] again +++ Distress Alert will be Transmitted +++ **** In the Screen you will see ****

First EDIT Mssgs to SEND 1. move the cursor to EDIT and press ENTER ( the Window Screen will be displayed) 2. Check that the cursor position at EDIT TLX FILE and Press ENTER. or you can Edit Tlx file at EDIT ASCII FILE 3 . Enter the file name 8 character or less at the cursor position. Ex. EASTMED and press ENTER ( The Edit screen will be displayed.) 4. Prepare a message by operating the keyboard. 5 . After you finish Editing a mssg.
