Terms & Conditions :

1. Special rates for Inbound Business – Validity Policy
a. The above rates are wholesale FIT/GIT/Series business rates applicable only to Tour Operators for Leisure Brochure programs. The Tour
operators are requested to provide a copy of the relevant brochures. Vouchers for these bookings must mention the name of the brochure
program.
b. Group tariff is valid for a minimum of 14 paying pax. One bonafide tour leader will be free on the same plan as the group.
c. These rates are applicable for the Inbound/Domestic Business only and not applicable for any other business like conferences,
lifestyle events, weddings, film shoots or incentives.
d. The special rates as quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media or any other media which is open to
general public and has unrestricted viewer ship.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. FIT Business – All cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.
b. GIT/Series Business – All booking confirmation to be received 45 days prior to arrival. The booking will be released only if the voucher is
not received 30 days prior to the date of the arrival. All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will attract retention
charges of 1 night.
3. Pre-Payment Policy
a. Pre-payment service vouchers must be received at the time of booking for the confirmation. (No later than 30 days prior to the
arrival date).
b. All payments have to be settled prior to departure from the hotel in cash or demand draft favoring the hotel unit .
c. However, should a credit arrangement exist between our 2 companies, the bills have to be cleared within 15 days of receipt of bills. If
payment is not cleared within 30 days than interest @ 18% will be charged. After the expiry of 60 days time, if the payments are still not
cleared than the special rates offered will be withdrawn and the rack rates will be charged for which your business which is solely your
responsibility.
4. Allocation/Confirmation/Release Policy
a. Based on the availability status, the rooms will be allocated for the bookings received.
b. Confirmation will be provided only after receipt of pre-payment / service voucher, Naming List and other requested details.
c. Non-Receipt of pre-payment / service voucher or Naming list plus any other requested details within the specified time frame i.e. 30
days for GIT/Series business & 7 days for FIT business, may lead to release of booking by us.
5. The New Years Eve supplement is mandatory for all staying guests on the New Years Eve.
 6. The Special rates structure will be confidential between the 2 companies only.

4. Allocation/Confirmation/Release Policy

b. Confirmation will be provided only after receipt of pre-payment / service voucher, Naming List and other requested details.
c. Non-Receipt of pre-payment / service voucher or Naming list plus any other requested details within the specified time frame i.e. 45
days for GIT/Series business & 45 days for FIT business, may lead to release of booking by us.
