EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR AGREEMENT

THIS EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) IS ENTERED INTO AT New Delhi ON THIS 08 DAY OF September 2013 (Effective Date) BETWEEN RedPine Consulting, having its registered office at G-15, Pushkar Enclave, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110063 AND Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar (Hereinafter called EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR) son of Sh._________________________________, Residing at_____________________________________________________________________________________________________ ___________ WHEREAS 1. RedPine Consulting is an end to end Employment Solutions Provider to candidates seeking employment across all segments. RedPine Consulting provides guidance, assessments, career counselling services, verification services and enables right skilling to the candidates for preparing them for interviews and placement process to enable better employment opportunities and better careers 2. The Employment Advisor is a well reputed, passionate, and enthusiastic professional/ entrepreneur of his designated location having substantial network of Candidates being defined below IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: 1. SCOPE OF LICENSE This Agreement grants license to the Employment Advisor the refer candidates to RedPine Consulting in accordance with the Clauses herein only to the defined target audience (candidate). Nothing contained herein shall confer any right upon the Employment Advisor to receive payments from candidates 2. REPORTS FROM EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR TO REDPINE CONSULTING The Employment Advisor shall submit to RedPine Consulting the reports as per RedPine Consulting's prescribed formats 3. REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS The Employment Advisor agrees and acknowledges that RedPine Consulting does not guarantee employment to its Candidates. Neither the Employment Advisor nor its Candidates will hold RedPine Consulting liable in any circumstances whatsoever, in the event the Candidates do not find employment with RedPine Consultings clients or otherwise as a result of using the Services. 4. PAYMENT FROM CANDIDATES The Employment Advisor will not collect any form of fees from the candidates they are referring to RedPine Consulting 5. TERM AND TERMINATION a. This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and unless terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof shall remain in force for a period of twelve months from the date hereof and shall be in force till midnight of 7th September 2014 b. SCHEDULE A
A. For all candidates selected, as referred by Employer Advisor, RedPine Consulting will pay Professional fee of INR 1,000 per candidate who has been selected and placed B. Payment will be made in the name of ______________________within 90 days of the candidates joining and confirmation from RedPine Consulting
