JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for directly maintaining the up time condition and provide technical support of fully automated manufacturing equipments used in semiconductor industry, to optimize machine utilization and ensuring the accomplishment of the following common goals such as productivity, quality, yield, cycle time and providing a safe and environmentally sound workplace. JOB FUNCTIONS: Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in order to ensure that the equipment operate within specifications. Follow-up with the implementation of P.M. activities based on working procedures and provide technical skills training and certification of junior staff through TPM methodology. Implement equipment reliability and efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects by providing technical know-how and methods. Follow-up with Fab Yield improvement activities based on OCAP and SPC control requirement, 5S housekeeping of tools status. Provide skills training to junior engineers and technicians. Practice mandatory Safety and Hazardous free actions in work place at all time. Attend all mandatory Safety and Hazard training courses Report any non compliance of any safety violation to immediate supervisor for quick resolution. Report any abnormality, accident or near miss cases to Safety officer for real time investigation and analysis SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

 14 years working experience as maintenance on manufacturing equipments used in a semiconductor industry. Can read and troubleshoot electronics and electrical diagrams. Can interpret pneumatics and hydraulics schematic diagrams. Can troubleshoot and repair electro-pnuematic and hydraulic operated machines Can perform preventive maintenance to prevent any unexpected downtime to equipment operation. Can troubleshoot and repair high vacuum system, gas valves, RF generators. Can perform set-up and buy off of newly arrived equipment Can read and check PLC controlled equipment. Can work with less supervision and can get along well with other people. Experienced in troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor industry such as the following.
