DESCRIPTION
The objective of the TA is to ensure that the highest standard of maintenance capabilities are achieved. The advisory technical assistance will review MPWT's asset maintenance capability and help develop efficient and effective policies and systems for sustainable maintenance operations. The design, planning and undertaking of training courses for "classroom instruction" and "on-the-job" training will be a prominent feature for the technical assistance.

Consulting Services

About 20 person-months of international consultants with expertise in planning and management of maintenance systems, transport economics and maintenance budgetting, and the development and implementation of practical maintenance training.
