An introduction to the OPPT

A-silent-present
On December 25th 2012 the One Peoples Public Trust disclosed documents that instantly spread around the world causing interest and agitation. They were describing how the OPPT has formally shut down the old financial system. All corporate-governments, banks and corporations which knowingly and intentionally perpetrated a debt-slavery system have been foreclosed upon. If this is true and confirmed by international law this would open the door allowing people to free themselves from a failed system and co-create new ones according to our highest aspirations. But what exactly did actually happen? And sorry if I ask, but slavery has been abolished a long time ago OR NOT?

History-of-enslavement
In the year 1302 the first trust was created by a Vatican pope. In the Unum Sanctum it is stated that the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) is the only pathway to the creator and that everything on the planet belongs to the Vatican. In 1455 the Church declared that they take over all real estate and actively encourage enslavement. 1481 all personal belongings and property were claimed, and as if that were not sufficient, in the Convocation of 1531 the church declared that it even possesses your body and soul. Until today all maritime, criminal and commercial law is based on those declarations by the RCC. UCC---Uniform-Commercial-Code UCC law is known as the bible of trade and commerce. It precisely dictates how all international trade has to be enacted. It is the absolute top level controlling commercial law - all trade is subjected to it. Curious about the UCC is that it is based directly on Vatican Canon Law. It contains procedures such as registration of your car and property but more importantly it even covers the registration of your birth, marriage and death certificates. All of these certificates fall under UCC jurisdiction and are converted into commercially tradable certificates.
CAPITAL-letters The authorities of the Roman Empire used Vatican/Roman Law to manage all legal affairs regarding slavery. Wearing ordinary clothes slaves looked just like free citizen, fact which was preventing them from recognizing each other, forming groups and realizing how numerous they actually were. To distinguish slaves from ordinary people their NAMES were written all in capital letters. It should not really surprise us when we can draw astonishing similarities to nearly all modern democracies.

Our-STRAWMAN
When your birth certificate is registered you get registered as a legal commercial entity in other words - a corporation. Your birth certificate is a security (bond) and after being sold to a private central bank it ultimately ends up on the world stock exchange. On it you can find a series of (stock) numbers and, if you want, you can take them go to a major stock office and find out at what value you get traded. Bureaucracies and the court system are never addressing you as a sovereign human Being (natural person) but always refer to the juridical PERSON that was created in your NAME but written in capital letters! That is a legal fiction of you - also known as your STRAWMAN. The funds generated by monetizing our life are loaned to us when we apply for bank financing. We are then forced to work in order to repay those funds - plus interest - back to the system. UCC Doc # 0000000181425776 filed on 12th Aug 2011 evidences the sale of US citizens in transaction between The Federal Reserve Bank and The U.S. Department of the Treasury for a value of $14.3 trillion. Well, so what? - Even the first known democracy of ancient Greece was based on slavery!

Power-structure
Through proclamations and laws the Church has put itself between us and our creator - whatever our concept of it may be. The wedge that has been driven between us and the source of all life could today be simplified as follows. At the bottom are we - the incorporated personal and our value as a human resource. Religion, government, education and media are the means of world population control. International conglomerates were given control over natural resources while world financial control is in the hands of (central-) banks, IMF, WB and BIS. On the next level are a series of powerful think-tanks playing the grand chessboard. Working behind the scenes and in anonymity is the committee of 300 and placed near the top is the crown council of 13 consisting of the British Queen and the other royal families. What-is-the-One-Peoples-Public-Trust?
The One Peoples Public Trust consisted of all people on the planet, the earth itself and the creator or eternal essence. The OPPT has originally been established in 1786 but as its founders died it was forgotten and lay dormant until it was resurrected in 2012. For a period of 90 days it has served as a tool to remove the old hierarchy and its jurisdiction in order to restore our natural state of Being into law. Each Being on the planet is now primarily accountable to their creator and that relationship has been lawfully ratified through a series of UCC filings. By definition, the trust between you and the eternal essence is superior to any trust that may be artificially created and imposed on you by others including the trust of religion or government. The 3 trustees of the OPPT are a group of skilled individuals including legal professionals who, in conjunction with a positive group inside the financial system, carried out extensive investigations into the massive fraud and theft taking place within the biggest financial institutions. The OPPT has successfully served its purpose and has been dissolved with its last UCC filing on March 18th 2013.

The-Paradigm-Report
It all started in 2009, when the three colleagues, including Heather Tucci-Jarraf, a banking, trade and finance executive, along with others, conducted an investigation into loan fraud at the World Bank.-Their report became known as Final Bullet- Paradigm - a report on bank, judicial and government corruption. It concluded that a debt slavery system had been deliberately set up by the heads of the banks and corporate-governments that gradually entrapped almost every human being around the globe for the duration of their life.

The UCC filings

The OPPT then submitted UCC filings, claiming that fraud, corruption, enslavement and treason had been committed against all people by the players in the commerce world. This was a formal accusation, and needed to be proven wrong (rebutted) with counter-claims at the UCC. With the facts exposed in the Paradigm Report rebuttal was made impossible, except by admitting to all of these charges. The powers that be were put in checkmate. Even though plenty of time and opportunity was given there has not even been an attempt of rebuttal. Standing unrebutted, the OPPT then formally foreclosed on all banks, the UN, IMF, justice systems and corporate governments via filings on the UCC. It also filed remedy and laid claims to the assets of all banks and corporations. Even these claims stand unrebutted as of today. The UCC process requires that filings are publicly disclosed, and if left unrebutted, they become international law. It is the same process that banks use to foreclose on peoples homes but this time the rules were used to foreclose on the financial system instead of protecting it. The OPPT filings were not able to be rebutted by any of the specialist lawyers from the worlds largest corporations; those who know how UCC law works, and who stood to lose the most from those filings becoming law.

All People Declared Free of Debt

The final OPPT-filing was made on March 18, 2013. It was conceived to terminate all remaining manmade entities and returned all people to absolute freedom. All People Declared Free of Debt Refer: NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF ABSOLUTE TRUTH UCC# 2013032035). In this document the creator is referred to as "absolute essence" (a description void of any religious connotations).

THE-POWERS-THAT-WERE

The trustees served notices on the banks and corporate-governments stating that all unlawful and illegal claims of ownership and actions of management and control by their principals, agents and beneficiaries were cancelled. The documents further determined that these entities had absolutely no legal standing or authority between individuals and their creator. All debt has formally been eliminated by the very fact that the banks chose not to provide any verifiable documentation that a loan had ever been made. They cant provide any prove for it! There is no evidence what so ever that banks ever made real loans. It is all fraudulent paper work making us believe so. If you take a closer look at how it works you find that banks use our signature on a contract (promissory note) to use it as collateral for their own debts. They create a deposit in their check books and we have to pay back this fictitious money with an interest on top of it. In reality - WE ARE THEIR CREDITORS ! ! !

3---Produce documentation of the actual transaction and transfer of said funds (prior title, ownership and r-------rights) from loaner to borrower (invoicing/receipts). There is a difference between a "loan" and "debt, cconceptually and factually. Look up the definitions of loan and debt between statement and invoice...only -----an invoice has to be paid...however they would first have to show that they made you a loan...if no loan --------was made each invoice is fraud.

Global-validity-of-the-UCC-rulings It is important to keep in mind that all nations and states became registered corporations with the USA Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This means that all UCC Rulings are legally applicable to all nations and their corporate entities including employees and personal (citizen?). Every country has its own well hidden equivalent of UCC law (Commercial law/code/regulation). Since the situation is getting very hot, recently governments have begun to cancel their data from some of the minor trade registries like in the case of Germany (according to a post of OPPT-Germany).

Is-it-an-overthrow-of-government?
No, this is the overthrow of corporations which are until now masquerading as governments and that arbitrarily overwrote the constitutions. Finally by their failure to rebut the UCC claims the entire financial and corporate complex stands guilty of fraud, treason and slavery. By international law, the OPPT has the right to claim remedy on behalf of The One People for those crimes. The tyrants have been foreclosed on and all their assets and infrastructure are now being confiscated to place them in the hands of all the people of the planet equally. The enactment of the OPPT does not cause a lawless society. Common Law and Universal Law still apply. Police and military forces have not been dissolved but their mandates have been changed. Willing members of the military are provided a lawful framework to abandon the corporatecontrolled military and to actively contribute to the re-possession of the One Peoples assets. The enforcement order relates to the owners of the foreclosed corporations and any actors operating private money systems or other means of slavery. We now live on paper at least in a world of self-responsibility.

Moving forward
Courtesy-Notices
The legal landscape has changed dramatically. Today if bank, state agents or corporate debt collectors send you a bill they are most likely acting in total ignorance of the new reality. A Courtesy Notice is a tool to defend us from unlawful claims while also informing any representatives that we are now dealing on a one to one basis as individuals. They are now acting without a corporate safety net and with full personal liability for every action they take under common law. In the absence of government, bank or corporate contracts, the only instrument that will compel performance between private individuals is a lawfully binding contract. As long as they cant prove that such contracts exist we will now offer contracts on our own terms and conditions. In a post-OPPT world, your process for challenging the authority of alleged corporate agents (including those claiming to represent government) is essentially: I would be happy to comply with your demand however in UCC Law there is a filing that remains unrebutted which foreclosed upon the entity you claim to represent. You are now operating on your own personal liability. Please cease your claim on me. If you decide to pursue this claim again, any future interactions between us will-be-under-the-following-conditions Videos on Youtube explain in detail how to prepare Courtesy-Notices that apply to various cases. Worldwide millions of them were downloaded since release in Feb 2013. We can now let the bureaucrats know what it costs them continuing to be corrupt, irresponsible and ignorant (inclusive of failing to produce prove of their standing authority). Inform them what the OPPT has achieved by applying their own legal rules and they lose as a matter of law and public policy.

Public-Interest-Courtesy-Notices
On the OPPT-website www.i-uv.com are also examples for Public Interest Courtesy Notices that are targeting Monsanto and the institutions responsible for spraying Chemtrails. With a bit of understanding and creativity these Notices become powerful tools in the hands of an informed public and civil society to take on any of the alleged corporations that are threatening the social and ecological peace we deserve.

CVACS---Creations-Value-Asset-Centers
CVACS have been proposed as replacement systems of governance, or bridges, to gradually phase out the old infrastructure of public services that is still running. The CVAC system is presented as a planet wide and interconnected network. Each former nation has one branch reserved for it and every human will be served by one of their sub-systems. The CVAC system is the antithesis of the corrupt, externally controlled looting devices that our centralized governments were. CVACS have already been rooted into international law through one of the OPPT filings at the UCC. They are registered as wholly owned, with full title, value and rights, co-jointly and equally by all people on the planet. CVACS are assistance mechanisms designed to support the people - the custodians of Earth.

Heather : The only way to make sure that people had what they need to create what they want, was to go into the registry of the slavery system and register the ownership of the peoples government. We used the Creations Value Asset Centers for a variety of reasons. One was that the people were the owners of any future governance frameworks. Another main purpose of the CVACS is to serve the people without being compromised by special interests. They will not-violate,invade or usurp-the-peoples-standing,-authority,-and-value.

One of the most basic services of the 193 CVAC branches will be to get absolute data on the table and guard the space so that the people can choose by their free will what resonates with them. CVACS are not there to tell anyone what to do or how to bethat is why the OPPT spent so much energy and time on focusing the attention on BEing and Doingthe energy of each of your BEing is what fills the CVAC, giving it life! Accountability, measurability and transparency are the cornerstones of the CVAC framework. They will provide the platform for us to simplify and integrate laws to ensure that all peoples needs are met. CVACS are the foundation of a new type of governance and its first task will be to remove the old cabal. The process of reforming corporations into worldwide co-operatives will take time, just as it will to transition into a society where money will have found its save place in the museum.
I/UV-----I-Universal-Value---Money is a representation of energy. The One People of the planet are the only lawful issuers of any legitimate representation of value. Our BEing and Doing (energy) IS our real value and we will be able to share and exchange it with upcoming I/UV mechanisms and online tools cooperating with these. BEing and DOing are the currency of the I/UV exchange. The biggest I/UV recalibration tool is that each embodiment is solely responsible for their BEing, Value and DOingall that they BE and DO, all their value, is controlled solely by their Self. It is being designed to operate transparently and to ensure a secure personal sharing of data. It is securing the server that your computer is using and is not storing any details on it. It is a program of a new generation and most wellcome at a time of increasing internet surveillance.

Eternal-Essence-IS-Value It is an energetic and manifest universal value that now has been returned to the people who are eternal essence. Religions are ways of management of this value. Governments convinced us that we have no value but were trading it on Wallstreet making several millions in the process. The OPPT filings re-established the direct bond between us and the eternal essence with no one and nothing in between. We are bonded manifestations of the eternal essence - co-creators and active and conscious guardians of the earth and its inhabitants. In the near future we will (hopefully) be able to access, share and exchange our value in order to restore our societies and natural environment which itself is manifest eternal essence. The OPPT trustees and their friends arranged everything the way it is because they did not want the old elites to fabricate another creator to put us back into the divine or other slavery. Through a series of complex UCC filings all people became the trustees of creation and of their own innate value. When we were created it was between each one of us and the eternal essence which somehow chose our body as its domicile. We are a living trust filled with living value. You operate your body and are responsible for its valueyou are a trustee of that value. Choosing the freedom that we have been given as an option would mean choosing to live in a world of self self-governance and self-responsibility. We would need to work together and inform ourselves on how to assert our lawful rights and standing authority within a foreclosed corporate jurisdiction until all bureaucrats realize the big change that has been achieved. We would learn how to be our own banks and businesses and how to manage our value by BEing and Doing. We could choose what to work on and whom to work with transparently on our own terms and conditions. Groups are being formed in many countries in order to get familiar with the new situation. A German law firm with twenty branches all over the country is now specializing on OPPT law and has assigned its first official OPPT representative. Critique, of course, isnt missing but until now it was unsubstantial, wired or outright aggressive. Most criticised is the uncommon 5D language of the OPPT-UCC filings (a complex mixture of legalese and spiritual terms that were required). The filings themselves happened quietly and the realization that things have-changed-will-take-time.
