5. Hose Pipe Carrier and Storing Box

1 double hose pipe carrier at the right side of the vessel for hoses DN 100 with 5 m length Plastic storing box

6. Mudflaps Mudflap upport and Mudflap mounting are part of the delivery extend of the chassis manufacturer

Compressor unit GHH-RAND CG600 LS, driven via PTO, mounted at the right side of the tractor Vibrator GT25 mounted at the front dish of the vesse for a better discharging process Vibrator GT25 mounted at the rear of the vessel for a better discharging process

Requirements to the Chassis: Lateral side guard The underrun bar must be in conformity with the EEC regulation PTO on the bottom right hand side with flange diameter 100 mm/6 hole with high RPM Free space between the mudguards and the fuel tank of minimum 1.000 mmm on the right side of the frame for the installation of the compressor No air tanks or other components on the right side in front of the PTO or in the area of the free space Exhaust system on the left hand side The RPM as per the type plate is to be respected. On all chassis the PTO is to be unlockd! We generally recommend to provide a module, which we can parameterize for the adjustment of the minimum and maximum RPM of the PTO In case a spare wheel carrier is required, installation is to be executed on the left side Possible connection for air, hydraulic, electric energy, and other components are to be installed in the main frame. The chassis is to be supplied to our factory without wax. When using a short version of drivers cab, the ladder is mounted to the rear under consideration of regulations against possible accidents. The lateral side guards and the underrun bar are to be supplied by the manufacturer n the chassis Possible and necessary modification works n the chassis are subject to final investigation after receipt of the order confirmation stipulating the detailed equipment of the chassis.
